Matcha Green Tea Latte

creamy coconut milk, organic aromatic matcha, and rich honey in a warm cup of perfection

It is a long standing tradition in the Chinese and Japanese cultures to present this tea in ceremonies that focus on its preparation, serving, and drinking of the tea through a meditative style. Matcha is made by crushing the finest green tea leaves into refined green tea powder.  The process in which the powder is made makes this a hugely powerful source of antioxidants. Rather than seeping the tea leaves then discarding the leaves, this powder utilizes the entire tea leaf. The leaves are dried and finely ground. This process creates a deep emerald powder that allows the full absorption of nutrients of the tea leaf, rather than normally seeping the leaves to create tea. So when you drink matcha you’re consuming the entire tea leaf and all of it’s benefits. 1 cup of matcha green tea has as many antioxidants as 10 cups of brewed green tea. This matcha green tea gives full and immediate nutritional benefits including important powerful antioxidants with cancer fighting properties, polyphenols (which include anti-inflammatory properties), and vitamins, like vitamins A, B, C, E, and K. It’s soothing, refreshing, and the perfect guilt-free latte.
