salted chocolate brownie bite goodness, packed with energy, a great pick-me-up for long day
This delicious little snack doesn’t take long to make at all. It has natural unprocessed sugars and is packed with energy. Dates make the base of this recipe and are thought to be a powerhouse of nutrients. They are thought to help aid in weight loss due to their high fiber content and ability to allow you to feel fuller more quickly and for longer periods of time. Due to their high fiber content they also help in relieving constipation and help balance the overall health of our digestive systems.. Dates also contain impressive levels of iron which can help people who suffer from anemia or those who have low iron levels in their blood. Low iron levels can cause fatigue and tiredness, thus an increase of iron can help increase energy levels and strength for proper daily functioning. Cacao powder is also abundant in antioxidants as well as an addition of rich chocolaty flavor, making the perfect bite. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
