Tropical Fruit Overnight Oats

tropical fruit overnight oats

easy to make, delicious, filling, and best of all good for you

Oats are considered a whole-grain food. They are rich in carbs and fiber as well as protein and fat than other whole grains. They are loaded with vitamins and minerals like iron, zinc, folate, thiamin, and manganese among many others. The antioxidant compounds they contain are thought to possibly reduce blood pressure. Oats also may help you lose weight due to making you feel fuller for longer periods of time. This happens because oats digest slowly, and this increases the hormone that allows us to feel satisfied. I combined this jar of oats with mangos and passion fruit making a deliciously sweet and powerful breakfast meal.
