Avocado & Radish Salad


a smooth salad with ripe avocados and earthy radishes with a delightful crunch, dressed in a simple lime, dill dressing

Avocados in this salad provide a good source of monounsaturated fatty acids, and have low sugar content. They provide a healthy source of energy and possess many essential vitamins and minerals. They provide calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, copper, manganese, phosphorus and zinc. Avocados are great towards aiding healthy skin, protecting against liver damage, aiding in weight management, reducing the risk of heart disease, and helping overcome nausea and morning sickness during pregnancy. Radishes contain folate, fiber, riboflavin, potassium, copper, vitamin B6, magnesium, manganese, and calcium. Radishes can relieve symptoms of constipation, reduce blood sugar levels, decrease congestion in respiratory system, and improve immunity health. It is unbelievable to see the amount of nutrients that these vegetables actually possess, and allows us to understand the significance towards our health in daily intake of nutrient-rich foods (especially our vegetables).

Avocado & Radish Salad


1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup radishes, chopped
2 persian cucumbers, chopped
1 small red onion, diced
2 ripe avocados, diced

1 lime, juice
½ tbsp chopped dill
½ – 1 tbsp olive oil
cracked black pepper to taste
a light sprinkle of sea salt to taste
feta cheese crumbles


  1. Combine all ingredients from part I. in a bowl.
  2. Combine lime juice, dill, olive oil and mix well. Pour this over vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, garnish with feta cheese crumbles.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
