Brownie Almond Butter Bites
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 banana
4 tablespoons almond butter (can use peanut butter)
1 tablespoon cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons raw almonds, roughly crushed *optional*
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well until completely combined. Use the back of a fork to break down the banana.
- Scoop out mixture, in about 1 tablespoon increments and roll into a ball. Repeat until all mixture is done.
- Optional to refrigerate bites for at least an hour or eat immediately. Enjoy!
