a rich chocolatey chia pudding that’s a perfect meal prep breakfast or snack
2 cups almond milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1-2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp pure cacao powder
1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
a palmful of dark chocolate chips *optional*
fruit of choice
roasted nuts of choice
1. In a large bowl whisk all ingredients together well. Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours and preferably overnight, whisking well at least 1-2 times throughout. Once finished, whisk well before serving.
2. Add into a mason jar, layer with fruit and garnish with roasted nuts. Store leftovers in the fridge. Enjoy!
